We do not accept refunds/exchanges on custom orders and products that are considered undergarments/ swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Please note that currently, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns. All items are final sale. This policy includes site-wide sales and flash sales using a discount code. However, you may exercise your right to request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your order under the condition that the item was received defective or damaged. Items MUST be returned to us for exchange in the same packaging they were received in. Please allow time for your order to be processed. In some instances, production may take up to 4 weeks depending on material availability. If you wish to change the size of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost one time only. Please send an email to info@amaricarter.com with your order number and a reason describing the issue. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the shipment has left our facility, we no longer can take responsibility for the package, and you must file a claim with the carrier.
